A NEW DUAL OCCUPANCY ,53, DOLANS BAY, PARTHENIA STREET
This project designed by Tectongroup
The architectural designer is Mrs. Rana Jaber
Site area is 586 square meter, The site has a good view to Dolans Bay .
Construction: Masonry walls: concrete and cavity brick rendered, glass façade, with flat concrete roof . it is Two storey dwellings, front to rear.
I was involved in preparing some of the concept sketches, after assessing the site.
